Engage with us
Every day, we strive to make a real impact by being a voice for our industry and backing the community causes that matter. Our partnerships not only reflect our values but help us to educate, inspire and foster our workforce for generations to come.
We’re proud to support the Australian community through partnerships with local organisations, and events within the community, veterans and education sectors.
Since 2017, we’ve partnered with the Port Adelaide Football Club to engage, connect, build and strengthen relationships with the Port Adelaide community. Our shared vision for Port’s community means we can promote and encourage the next generation of leaders to take up an interest in science, technology, engineering and mathematics – all skills that are vital to the success of the Future Submarine Program.
An initiative of the South Australian Government and the Port Adelaide Football Club, the Power Community Youth Program was established in 1999. It's the first educational in-schools program administered by an AFL club, and promotes messages on healthy lifestyles and respect, along with lessons on science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
Developed by Power Community Limited in conjunction with Naval Group Australia, the Power of STEM program provides Year 10 students with opportunities to explore career pathways in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). They're mentored by specialists in the STEM field, including representatives from the Port Adelaide Football Club High Performance Team, Naval Group Australia, SAAB Technologies and The University of Adelaide.
We’re a proud partner of Science Alive!, a program that inspires and educates young Australians to explore a career in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).
These annual awards celebrate talented, determined, successful women who make a positive impact in the defence business arena.
